做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
