做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
