做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
