做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
