做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
