做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
