做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
