做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
