做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调(diào )味即(jí )可品尝。 -
