做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
