做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
