做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
