做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
