做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
