做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的(de )清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
