做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
