做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
