做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
