做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
