做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
