做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
