做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
