做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
