做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
