做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
