做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
