做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
