做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
