做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
