做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
