做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
