做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
