做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
