做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
