做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
