做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
