做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
