做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
