做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
