做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
