做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
