做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
