做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
