做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
