做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
