做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
