做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
