做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
