做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
