做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
